Volunteers

Volunteers are an integral part of the Jubilee Jobs placement model and success.

In 2022, we hosted 26 volunteers who contributed 462 volunteer hours, resulting in: 233 online applications, 110 resumes, and 105 instructional workshops facilitated. With this help and support, 250 applicants found work and countless lives were touched.

Jubilee Jobs is able to accommodate your schedule.

Some of the help our volunteers provide:

• Resume and Online Applications: Work one-on-one with an applicant to develop or update resumes and complete online applicants.

• Mock Interview: Work one-on-one to help an applicant prepare for a job interview.

• Employer Development: Refer hiring employers to Jubilee Jobs or be a “job scout” and call us as you hear about job opportunities.

• Internships: Provide an internship experience for one of our Emerging Leaders participants.

• Day of Service: Organize a virtual or in person “Day of Service” for your faith community, alumni group or company. Day of Service activities include one-on-one resume prep, online applications, and mock interviews activities.

• Donate new or used business clothing, including shoes, to be worn on job interviews.
